Fees and Insurance
As a service to our patients, we submit all insurance claims to the appropriate carrier. Depending upon your policy, you may be responsible for remaining balances after your insurance carrier processes your claim. Please remember, it is the patient’s responsibility for payment of any balance due on the account. You should be prepared to take care of co-payments and/or charges for an office visit at the time you are seen. All balances are due within 30 days unless special arrangements have been made with the collection manager.
An estimate of charges for office visits, diagnostic procedures, or surgeries will be provided on request.
Please contact our insurance department if you are having difficulty with any aspect of the fee arrangements or have questions about your bill.
Our physicians/providers are unable to answer every call. Therefore, the office staff is trained to answer many questions. If they are unable to answer your questions, your number will be obtained, and a nurse will return your call. Calls that the physician/provider needs to personally return are made as time permits.
